 Our services are mainly used by high-end business persons and foreign clients such as company managers, Doctors, lawyers and well-known people in Tokyo and Yokohama areas. ■Our Staff - Housekeepers and Babysitters About 250 staff is registered at Chez Vous and most of our foreign staff are from Philippines. We have various skilled domestic helpers with experiences at famous hotels and individual homes around the world. Some of our baby sitters are certified nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers. ■Our Company The word "Chez Vous" is a French word that translates to "At your Home" in English. This also indicates that we provide “human resource services required at your home“. For the last 13 years since the establishment in 2004, we have provided the services to more than 5,000 households of foreign and Japanese customers, mainly in the prestigious residential areas in Tokyo. Currently, 230 staff members are working with us. We are also on various medias as a pioneer of having international staff. Customer Satisfaction Survey 2016: Very Satisfied 60.7%, Satisfied 32.1% Nikkei MJ 「Service Industry Survey 2016」Ranked 10 in housekeeping, 32 in childcare A member of All Japan Childcare Service Association ■Our Office There are 15 employees including 6 coordinators in office and we have different fields of backgrounds before joining Chez Vous; 10 out of 15 are women and average age of employees is around 40s. Our office is located in Omotesando and work atmosphere is very open - we all work on the same floor and can talk about anything in our office. |
