APP Japan Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 as a joint venture with Itochu Corporation and started importing of APP products to Japan. We handle a wide variety of paper products, including photocopy paper, printing paper for books, and industrial paper for packaging etc. In particular, we have a market share of more than 25% for photocopy paper. In order to provide attentive and timely service to domestic customers, we keep domestic inventory, which is rare for imported paper, and have established sales channels throughout the country. In 2020, APP Japan has become 100% subsidiary of the APP Group in 2020 and will celebrate our 25th anniversary in 2022.

Universal Paper was established in Japan in November 2007 with the policy "household paper essential for daily life, easier to use" and has been providing them to Japan market. We sell toilet paper, tissue paper, kitchen towels, etc. manufactured at APP Group's 3 mills in Indonesia and 1 mill in China.
