In addition, due to the weak yen, DigiTrad, a trade support service for small and medium-sized enterprises' export businesses, is growing rapidly. DigiTrad is a proprietary package service that handles all trade creation from market development to contracts, negotiations, payments, and logistics, so that small and medium-sized manufacturing companies across Japan can expand overseas more freely and easily. The service was launched in 2022, and as of August 2024, the number of companies that have adopted the service has reached a total of 250.
