Future Education is an educational consultant company that assists students and families with attending school abroad or international schools in Japan. We provide total support to our member families with services including educational consulting, tutoring, and assistance with communication between parents and the school. We not only excel in assisting families with education in Japan, but also overseas boarding school and university admissions. Our students currently attend top boarding schools and universities in The US, Canada, and the UK.

Our goal is to assist students and their parents achieve their educational goals by helping students and parents navigate admissions, prepare them for exams, and support them throughout their studies. At Future Education, we don’t stop at the acceptance letter; we provide support throughout every step of the child’s educational journey.

At Future Education, teamwork and communication is key to providing our members with deep, personalized concierge services. Our members range from small children to university students, so every day brings new challenges!

Our young kids team spends time in the office planning exciting activities and lessons for students in Tokyo. We also supplement their school learning by practicing phonics, writing, and manners, so team members are able to utilize their passion for encouraging children to learn and be inquisitive. We also assist families with applications to international schools around Tokyo. We help them consider and express their hopes and dreams for their children through the applications and conduct interview practice in English. These are just a few examples of the ways that we work with our member families with young children to achieve their dreams.

For our members with children in junior high school, high school, and university, we provide a similar level of support to match their needs. We assist students as they work their way to university by encouraging extracurricular classes and activities, offering tutoring, and hosting seminars on universities around the world. For high school seniors, we plan college tours and accompany students to visit their dream schools. Our team members spend their time teaching, researching opportunities, and meeting with students and their families in order to reach the highest of goals. Being able to work with individual students throughout their educational journey is one of the most rewarding parts of our work, and we enjoy sharing in celebrations of improved standardized test grades, internship offers, and university acceptance letters.

New Year's Visit to local shrine

Our staff members are primarily in their twenties and thirties and represent a wide range of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Every project has shared responsibilities and tasks, which means that we enjoy a lot of collaboration in our work. Our management seeks to respect differing cultures while integrating Japanese professional language and business culture for international staff members to experience and learn about. In the office, we use a good balance of both English and Japanese, so there is also an opportunity for personal language growth for all staff members. There are also opportunities for international and domestic business trips to accompany our members on school tours, campus visits, and other educational trips.

Our Tokyo office is located just between Hatsudai Station and Hatagaya Station on the Keio New Line, only a few minutes from Shinjuku station. This makes commuting very convenient for our staff, and commuting allowance is provided according to each staff members' needs. During the day, the office is lit primarily by natural light, and there is a break room with free snacks for lunch breaks. In addition, each staff member is supplied with a work laptop and phone with which to carry out their tasks.
