Our line of over 100 essential oils are sourced from sources in over 40 countries, more than half from developing countries. doTERRA Co-Impact Sourcing ensures that disadvantaged smallholder farmers and harvesters are treated ethically.
Co-Impact Sourcing is an activity that aims at long-term development and mutually beneficial partnerships in developing regions and aims to provide continuous work and stable income. dōTERRA is committed to treating people better by paying fair wages on time. We encourage growers and harvesters to form cooperatives so that they can improve their skills and capabilities while sharing collective benefits and bargaining power.
In addition, doTERRA's philanthropic organization, the Healing Hands Foundation , provides funds and resources for community-based development projects to improve the lives of the greater community. Activities to date have included building facilities and funding existing health facilities, installing water and irrigation systems, building schools and providing education such as vocational training programs.

During lunch break, there is a space where you can eat in the beautiful cafeteria and interact with other employees. It is a space where employees can talk with each other and relax in the sunshine.
When the Tokyo Olympics are held, we put out a projector and screen to watch the games, and at the Halloween party, we freely dress up and take pictures in the cafeteria, and enjoy a luxurious lunch. At Christmas time, work is finished early, and all employees enjoy meals and gift quizzes in the large conference room in the basement. All employee gatherings are held during working hours, and it is a corporate culture that you can enjoy your private time during working hours with your friends or with your family.
