Deploy the technology adopted by the world's top companies to the Japanese market!

Strategy/ProductsAdopted by the World's Top Companies

Our office is an 8-min walk from Shin-Yokohama Station

Our product, "CodeMeter", was developed in Germany and has been adopted by the world's top companies for over 30 years.

Software sold by SIEMENS, dSPACE, Vector, Cognex, ABB, CODESYS, etc. are protected by CodeMeter, and it is also CodeMeter that enables the mechanism for license sales.
The strength of CodeMeter is that it can be applied not only for PC software,  but also embedded software such as control program data downloaded to the PLC controller. These cannot be operated without a correct license.

It has been three years since our Japanese subsidiary was established, and major Japanese industrial equipment manufacturers have begun to adopt CodeMeter.

We expect that the business in the Japanese market will rapidly increase further in the future.

JobDirect communication with the Development team in Germany

Every two years there is a business trip to the headquarters in Germany

When customers are considering introducing our product "CodeMeter" and even after they have started using it, they often consult us about how to solve their problems with CodeMeter. Usually, we propose a solution together with our technical members, but sometimes product development at our headquarters in Germany is necessary. In such cases, our sales staff directly communicates product improvement requests and feature additions to the staff at our headquarters in Germany. The requests of Japanese customers are often on point, so our members at our headquarters in Germany are very interested, and the functions and improvements are often implemented in new versions.

In addition, once every two years, WIBU employees from each country gather at the German headquarters to hold a sales meeting. Here, case studies and success stories from each country are introduced, and new product training and future product development roadmaps are also explained. By participating in this meeting, we hope you will also build up your internal network.

If you work for a large company, you may be expected to carry out tasks according to your role and process, and you may have to spend time creating materials and activities for the company, but at our company, you can carry out your work by prioritizing time with customers. Because you can have a wide range of work and have a lot of discretion, it is a rewarding environment where you can improve your skills.
This is the perfect workplace for people who want to work by creating their own value, rather than just waiting for instructions.

As an early member of the Japanese corporation, you will feel that you are directly contributing to the expansion of the business!
