JobNeusoft Cloud Technology is looking for [Onsite IT Support Team Leader]!
<Job details>
1. Lead the day-to-day work of the team and ensure the operation of the project.
2. Lead and manage team members (7-10 people), provide support and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
3. Track and measure member performance status and drive improvement plans to meet or exceed the expected goals of our customers.
4. Review and report operational status regularly according to SLAs and KPIs.
◇ Work location: Minato-ku, Tokyo
◇ Estimated annual income: 5.5 million yen to 7.2 million yen * Determined in consideration of experience and skills.
