Job Description	(1) Patented technology management ★ Urgent recruitment ★ ・ Discovery of inventions from the research and development department, patent application and rights acquisition business in Japan and overseas ・ Other companies' patent search, infringement discovery, appraisal business ・ Rights utilization, dispute handling business ・ Business improvement and management of patented technology personnel (2) Trademark / design business leader ★ Urgent recruitment ★ ・ Management and advice related to registration, maintenance, and contract negotiations from domestic and overseas trademark / design applications (including surveys) ・ Business related to application strategy for new product launch, intellectual property check such as product package notation, brand protection and utilization of own rights ・ Other company infringement detection, litigation response business ・ Improvement and planning of intellectual property management operations such as trademarks and designs
Company Info	In the rapid development of overseas business, you can work together with the product development department and the sales department to formulate a brand strategy and play an active role in the "moving intellectual property" that contributes to your own management.

Job Requirements	(1) ・ Persons who have experience in domestic and overseas patent application / rights acquisition work, etc. in the IP department of a company, and also have management experience ・ Persons who can communicate with development departments, related departments, patent attorneys and attorneys and can work in collaboration with each other ・ Persons who are interested in our products and technologies * Those who can work in English and those who have experience in the technical fields of machinery, IT, and communication are welcomed. (2) ・ Persons who have about 3 years of experience in domestic and foreign trademark / design application / rights acquisition work at the Intellectual Property Department of a company ・ Persons who can communicate with product development departments, sales departments, patent attorneys / attorneys, and work in collaboration with each other ・ Persons who are interested in intellectual property strategies and plans that can contribute to the company's business ・ Those who can express their own views and have the ability to act * Those who can work in English are welcomed.
