It is a job to respond to inquiries from customers and drivers in Japan who use the food delivery app.
Communication with customers and drivers can be done by phone or in-app chat.
<Interaction with customers>
・Responding to orders
・Support for payment
・Customer data entry/update
<Interaction with driver>
・Response when you get lost
・Response when an accident occurs
Currently, there are about 200 Japanese and 35 other multinational staff working in about 4000 people.
It is a business with excellent performance.
This is a perfect job for those who have no English ability at the moment but want to learn English while working in Malaysia, which is an English speaking country♪
It is also attractive that you can work from home in Japan.
|Working Hours||Shift system (8 hours actual work)|
If you have the following abilities, you can apply even if you are a new graduate or inexperienced, regardless of English ability (it is safe because there is about 1 month training after joining the company).
・Ability to respond carefully to customers
・Problem solving ability
・PC skill (MS Office)
・Work experience at a call center

Monthly salary: 7000-8000 ringgit
