【Role and responsibilities】
◆ Provide IT support as a bilingual technical support team member to users of various technologies (Desktop PCs, notebook PCs, mobile devices, network printers, other office equipment, applications for general clients/financial institutions, client servers, cloud/web-based solutions, etc.)
◆ Participation in and support of a wide range of IT projects
◆ Improve the quality of our services through documentation and proposals
◆ Our clients are mostly located in Tokyo's 23 wards

・ Thorough knowledge of Windows OS (Ideally Windows 7, Windows 10)
・ Experience in installing and deploying PC hardware and software in a professional setting
・ Good understanding of the Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange or O365
・ Ability to communicate smoothly with colleagues as well as external partners, users, and clients
・ Good troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
・ Those who are willing to deepen their knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
・Cisco product network skills and experience are acceptable
・Relevant IT qualifications (Microsoft 365 certification: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification, MCDST, MCITP, MCSA, CCNA, etc.)
Ability to use English and Japanese in the work environment (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
