This role requires strategic procurement skills to effectively source goods and services, manage vendors, and streamline procurement procedures. Description * Oversee and manage the procurement and supply chain processes. * Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives. * Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure value for money. * Implement innovative solutions for procurement and supply chain management. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. * Regularly evaluate vendor performance and implement improvement plans. * Lead a team of procurement specialists to achieve company objectives. * Prepare and present reports on procurement and vendor management performance. Profile Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher. * Experience in a procurement and supply chain management role within the financial services industry. * Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
