* Be the liaison between global and local teams * Implement global roll outs and locally identified improvements, applying insights from dashboards to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Deliberate on KPI to drive enhancements * Run meetings to ensure business is aligned with HQ and stakeholders, achieving seamless execution of tasks * Be involved in payment operations and compliance Description * Be the liaison between global and local teams * Client Journey Enhancement: Implement global roll outs and locally identified improvements, applying insights from dashboards to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
