As a front-end specialist, you will be working on development to support the growth of a large-scale toC real estate service (more than tens of millions of page views per month). You will be a front-end expert in all development processes, from problem identification to technology selection, architecture design, implementation, and automated testing. We are looking for someone who can work on development that directly leads to business growth, using trending technologies such as Next.js and GraphQL. ▽Example of work content ◇ Product improvement for large-scale real estate services ・Front-end development using new technologies and frameworks such as Next.js (TypeScript) and GraphQL (including GraphQL schema design and Resolver implementation) ・Performance tuning through cache strategies (using CDN and Redis) and continuous monitoring → We always discuss what should be done within the team as we proceed with design and implementation, so you can gain deeper experience than just using it. ◇ UI/UX improvement for large-scale real estate services ・Design and develop features to support product growth together with designers, marketing, and data teams ・Build a system infrastructure to efficiently improve UI/UX (unique AB testing infrastructure)・Continuous refactoring →Because the front-end is where these teams come together, there are opportunities to learn more than just "development," such as gaining knowledge of marketing and data. |

[Requirements] - Experience in front-end development, operation, and maintenance of web services of a certain size or larger - React / TypeScript Development experience using GraphQL (experience working consistently from component and state management design to CSS coding) ・Experience developing products while collaborating with a team (code review, documentation, etc.) ・Basic understanding of backend (e.g. experience developing on frameworks such as Rails and Laravel) [Preferred requirements] ・Experience in technology selection and architecture design for web services of a certain size or larger ・Front-end development experience using GraphQL ・Development experience for toC web services (experience in SEO, performance improvement, UI/UX improvement) ・Experience collaborating with QA engineers and ensuring quality through automated tests such as unit testing and E2E ・Experience creating grand designs and designing architecture [Desired profile] ・Someone who wants to work while feeling that they are contributing to the business ・Someone who likes to make better things while verifying hypotheses ・Someone who wants to enjoy both work and private life ・Someone who wants to work with a sense of speed ・Someone who wants to work on jobs that they feel are meaningful and logical, with their own will |
