Job Description ■Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the design, construction, and operation of the infrastructure and improvement of the development process for the company's services, with a focus on “BUYMA”.

Most recently, the company is in the process of migrating the BUYMA environment from on-premise to AWS, and you will lead the migration and subsequent operations and improvements project.

You will also be involved in other new projects, depending on your intentions and experience skills.

・Infrastructure design/construction/operation of own services
　-Coding (IaC), operational improvement/automation
　-Cloud optimization
　-Security improvement
・Configuration and performance tuning of OS, various middleware and databases
・New technology verification/implementation

【About the Infrastructure Group to which you belong】
This group is responsible for the design, construction, operation, and monitoring of systems that require infrastructure and security-related expertise within the Service Engineering Division, which is the development organization.
The Infrastructure Group currently has 10 members (4 members are AWS migration team members).

The overall role of the Infrastructure Group will be as follows
　・Design/construction/operation of the company's BUYMA service
　・Configuration and performance tuning of OS, various middleware, and databases
　・Verification/implementation of new technologies
　・Failure isolation/response
　・Security support

■Attractiveness of this position
・You will be able to acquire skills in building and operating large-scale infrastructure for BUYMA, a web service that has been running for more than 10 years and has a large number of users and accesses.
・Since the company is responsible for the infrastructure of BUYMA and other large and small services, you will be able to be involved in a variety of services and have the opportunity to design systems for new services from scratch.
・The company is moving forward with the introduction of public clouds (AWS and GCP), and you will be able to be involved in public cloud infrastructure design and construction.
・The team is small, so the work is not split vertically, and you will be able to work with discretion.

■Development Environment / About the Team
・The Service Engineering Division has a total of about 50 members, including those who have joined us as contractors, and is divided into four groups (Infrastructure Group, Data Technology Group, Application Development Group, and Global Group).
・The Infrastructure Group consists of members in their late 20s to early 40s, and is characterized by flat communication.
・There are many technically oriented employees, and technical study sessions are held every week (free participation). The company also provides subsidies for outside seminars and book purchases, making it an environment that facilitates growth for those with high aspirations.
・There is also a system where 20% of work time can be spent on tasks not directly related to the main business (research and development).

Requirements		 【Required】
・Experience in designing, building, and operating infrastructure for web services in an AWS environment
・Experience in infrastructure (Linux) construction and operation
・Experience or interest in Infrastructure as Code
・Basic knowledge of networking

【Preferred】
・Experience in building and operating infrastructure for large-scale web services
・Experience leading on-premise to AWS migration projects
・Experience operating multiple AWS accounts
・Knowledge of security.
・Experience building AWS using Terraform and CloudFormation
