Job Description Aiming to create a “fan nation” where people can live out their likes and passions, the company has collaborated with major entertainment companies such as Sanrio, Bandai Namco Entertainment, and Shueisha to develop and provide a fan community platform, “Gaudiy Fanlink”.

Gaudiy Fanlink provides a mechanism and functions to strengthen connections among fans and fan activities through the provision of content unique to an official community in collaboration with IP holder entertainment companies. The product has a wide range of functions such as posts, comments, games, and a store in order to maximize fan enthusiasm.

Data is used not only for decision making, such as KPI visualization and ad hoc analysis, but also in business operations such as product, CS, and accounting.

In addition to building and improving data analysis infrastructure, the company aims to expand the value it provides to customers by promoting the use of data.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks

・Organize queries, batches, and dashboards for analysis and operations within the business domain
・Provide technical support and develop tools to improve operational efficiency using data
・Develop, operate, and improve data marts and data warehouses
・Management and support of the use of tools such as Steep, dbt, etc.

Requirements		 Required
・Experience in building and operating data marts and data warehouses using SQL
・Skills and experience in collaborating with PdM, business side, and other members of the team to organize requirements and incorporate them into analysis
・Experience reporting analysis results to other companies and internal decision makers

Preferred
・Experience in using dbt
・Experience using BI tools such as Redash, LookerStudio, etc.
・Experience with BigQuery
・Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
・Experience in selecting and implementing BI tools
・Experience in creating hypotheses based on data and formulating measures based on the analysis results
・Experience working in a highly uncertain environment such as a startup, where self-drive is required
