Job Description ■Your Role
The team which you will belong to is responsible for using data to improve the accuracy of decision making on the business side, and to improve products using data.
The company's products have a wide variety of data accumulated over more than 10 years of service, and this data is used for personalization, service growth, content growth, marketing, and all other aspects of product and service management. Data scientists play a central role in the utilization of this data, and you will play an active role as a core member of the data utilization team.

Responsibilities
・Support for analysis of business issues and planning of marketing measures
・Decision-making support for each team through KPI design, visualization, and simulation
・Design and implementation of effectiveness verification of measures, campaigns, and UI/UX improvements
・Promote and implement improvement of recommendation and personalization accuracy in collaboration with the Machine Learning team
・Design and operate ranking logic to be deployed within the app
・Operational support and optimization of apps using data
・Support new business planning
・Propose other product improvements based on knowledge gained from analysis

Requirements		 ■Required
・Experience in data analysis using SQL
・Experience using BI tools such as Tableau
・Expertise in statistical analysis (equivalent to level 2 of the Statistics Proficiency Test)
・Experience solving problems through data analysis in research or business
・Ability to solve problems and think logically to solve business problems
・Communication skills to work smoothly with stakeholders inside and outside the team

■Preferred
・Experience in project management related to data analysis, especially in driving projects on your own and achieving high business impact results
・Extensive knowledge and experience in data engineering and big data infrastructure
・Advanced expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning and experience in applying this knowledge to real-world business situations
・Experience in data analysis using R and Python
・Expert knowledge and experience in AB testing
・Experience developing recommendation and personalization models
