Job Description In this position, as an AI Development Engineer in the Advanced AI Development Department, your mission is to solve challenging problems in image recognition and other areas.

Specifically, the most recent examples are as follows
・Algorithm and solution development in various industrial domains, including the automotive and other manufacturing industries, the medical field, and the neuroscience field.
・Algorithm and solution development utilizing generative AI (VLM/LLM/diffusion models) and fundamental models

・Develop strong AI algorithms that only the company can provide, and propose, design, implement, and promote development of products and solutions incorporating these algorithms
・Negotiate with clients and promote projects in collaboration with sales and business development teams

The company is engaged in industrial application such as image recognition technology using deep learning, development of edge AI by network compression technology, algorithm development of autonomous agent and application to drone, etc., and conduct business connecting basic technology development to actual business.
Working Hours FLEX-TIME （Core time 11：00～16：00）

Job
Requirements		 【Required】
・Working experience in AI and deep learning algorithm development, including image recognition (Python development experience)
・Basic English language skills (mainly reading and writing) required for researching the latest technologies
・Business level Japanese language skills (mainly conversational and documentation, N1 or higher)
・Experience in development in an engineering team
・Experience in providing technical proposals to end-users

【Preferred】
・Able to learn advanced technologies such as AI and deep learning on their own initiative
・Able to think independently and promote projects, rather than waiting for instructions
・Able to make proposals, explain technologies, create documents, and build algorithms based on an understanding of customer needs.
・Think logically, understand events from multiple perspectives, and explain their ideas.
