Job Description This position will be involved in system development work and project execution in a system development project for planning, design, development, testing, operation and maintenance of mission-critical business systems.

<Project Details>
■Development focuses on ERP development projects such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Tagetik, OutSystems, and other ERP development projects, as well as scratch design and development work in Java, C#, .net, etc. We also handle a wide range of other projects such as low-code development, agile development, ETL tools, CRM, etc.

We are also involved in projects from our systems subsidiary, which promotes development in close proximity to end-users,
We also have projects from major SIers and consulting firms that handle a wide range of processes from upstream to downstream.

We also have some prime projects, and we are focusing on further increasing the ratio of prime projects in the future.

■Design / Development of Information Systems
　　1. IT system consulting (accounting, sales, production management, cost management, etc.)
　　2. Implementation and maintenance of ERP (OracleEBS, McFrame, Grandit, SAP, etc.)
　　3. Design, development, maintenance, and operation of business applications
　　4. Web system design, development, maintenance, and operation

■Business Improvement Consulting
　The company's strength lies in quantitative diagnosis based on IE (Industrial Engineering), a well-known scientific management method, and using the latest diagnostic technologies and tools.
　　1. Improving production and logistics
　　2. Identification of cost reduction themes and their implementation
　　3. Planning and promotion of medium- to long-term rationalization plans, including consideration of capital investment plans and improvement of facility operating rates
　　4. Consulting on factory layout, production capacity, cost reduction, work in process/inventory, and lead time improvement using simulators and schedulers

Job
Requirements		 Required
At least 2 years of experience in IT industry
At least 1 year of basic design to development process (Java, C#, PLSQL, PHP, Python, etc.)

Preferred
Experience as a project leader
