Sales Management Develop & implement strategies to achieve national sales targets (CSSD products) Analyze market trends & customer behavior to drive growth Manage daily sales activities, forecasting, and reporting Lead key project execution aligned with business goals Build strong relationships with KOLs and key accounts Conduct competitive analysis & refine strategies accordingly Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction Channel Management Assign targets & monitor dealer performance Expand dealer network through new partnerships Support dealers with training, materials, and business development Drive growth in untapped markets Team Management Build a high-morale, motivated sales team Hire and onboard top sales talent Develop internal talent and provide career coaching Deliver industry-relevant training programs Promote professional conduct and clear communication |

Job Requirements |
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field 8+ years in sales management (3+ in medical devices preferred) Deep knowledge of CSSD/sterilization technologies Strong leadership, negotiation & problem-solving skills Business-level English preferred |
