| Job Description |
General administration related to after-sales (both watches and jewelry items) - Repair operations for fine jewelry and watches Inspection of repaired items, estimates, inquiries, escalation response, etc. - Liaison with boutiques, wholesalers, and foreign trade partners - Liaison with vendors and repair contractors (delivery date, status management) - Work management for dispatched staff (work lectures, negotiations with dispatch companies, etc.) - Data creation and management - Repair support in home country (Switzerland, Paris) - Other after-sales work WFJ event support, minor in-house repair work, invoice and expense processing, etc. |

| Job Requirements |
・Over 3 years of experience working in an office at a luxury brand After-sales experience/experience receiving repairs at a store is even better ・Language skills: Intermediate level or higher in English (As a guideline, TOEIC score of 700 or higher, and a level that allows you to meet with the home country team -Aptitude ・Smooth communication skills ・Someone who values teamwork and can demonstrate leadership ・Good at detailed work ・Someone who has the ability to continue and persevere ・Someone who can flexibly handle multitasking |
