Job Description |
[Task] - Act as the leading authority and spokesperson for CSSD reprocessing technology and responsible product portfolio in Japan, and maintain in-depth technical knowledge. - Create localized training materials and independently serve product training to customers, distributors and internal teams. - Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen brand credibility and industry presence. - Translate and adapt HQ materials into Japanese to meet local market needs. - Create localized product sales kits to effectively communicate product strategy to internal teams and external partners. - Work with global teams to maintain brand consistency while responding to local market trends. - Collect, analyze, and report Japan market data (e.g., competitor trends, industry trends, customer insights, etc.). - Leverage data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing product positioning and marketing strategies. - Plan and implement marketing activities to promote assigned product portfolio and increase brand awareness. - Be in charge of Marcom campaigns from start to finish, including digital marketing, content creation, and cross-channel promotion. - Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics to maximize ROI (return on investment). |

Job Requirements |
[Qualifications] - Bachelor's degree in marketing biomedical engineering, or related field. - A certain years' experience in marketing position at a medical device provider, especially in such areas as CSSD reprocessing or sterile processing. - Proven track record in creating training materials and conducting technical presentations. - Ability to precisely analyze market data and plan strategies from its insights. - Decent communication skills to handle various stakeholders as well as KOLs (key opinion leaders). - self-sufficiency to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously in tight schedules. - High level English in both writing and speaking, so as to engage with global team as well as local stakeholders effectively. - Ability to use Marcom tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or CMS) and data analysis tools, including Excel and Power BI). |
