Job Description One of the biggest international company that is famous for advanced technology in aerospace and defense industries, is looking for bilingual (English&Japanese) candidate with decent experiences in server, virtulization, product deployment and database!


Description

* System Deployment & Integration: Install, configure, and test airline and airport applications, integrate third-party software, and set up common-use workstations.
* Customer Engagement & Support: Work closely with airlines, airport authorities, and local technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
* Technical Analysis & Optimization: Conduct system performance evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless technical operations.
* On-site & Remote Support: Provide third-level support, work with maintenance teams, and help resolve engineering issues while ensuring SLAs are met.


Profile

* Windows server administration experience
* Linux server basics
* Virtualization
* Product deployments
* Database experience
* Scripting - Power shell etc



* English - Fluent Level
* Japanese - Conversational Level



* Japanese residence only
