Job Description 日英の語学力を生かし、SAP導入などのプロジェクト（中〜大規模）をサポートいただくポジションです。


Description

-Develop and maintain PMO processes and procedures.

-Support Department initiatives for continuous process improvements.

-Support financial controls and project budgeting for all projects.

-Assist Solution Delivery Managers with facilitating and coordinating project activities including project reviews, schedules, and contract analysis.

-Coordinate project resource on-boarding, roll offs and training activities.

-Provide overall administrative function to the PMO including distribution and maintenance of contract standard formats and deliverable templates.

-Assist in contract management process (scheduling reviews, filing signed copies, maintaining templates)

-Maintain and support knowledge management software (SharePoint)

-Assist in maintaining CRM application (Salesforce.com) and generating required reports out of SFDC.


Profile

【必須スキル】

・日英両言語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーションが可能な方

・Excel, PPTの使用経験をお持ちの方

・プロジェクトサポート（議事録作成やステークホルダーとのやり取りなど）のご経験をお持ちの方



【歓迎スキル】

・SAP（もしくはERP関連）のプロジェクト経験をお持ちの方

・中〜大規模のプロジェクトサポート経験をお持ちの方
