Job Description |
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Client Relations (PCR) Manager to lead and manage our private sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building/expanding and fostering strong relationships with Gaisho and high-value customers, planning and executing exclusive events, and driving sales through personalized service. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury retail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the our brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. VIC Recruitment through Department Stores Gaisho Teams: • Serve as the our ambassador for Gaisho teams, building a network and educating them about the brand. • Conduct brand inductions and organize our experiences such as facials, fragrance consultations, and makeup services to engage Gaisho teams. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with department store Gaisho teams, negotiating and coordinating events to promote us. • Plan, organize, and host VIC events, acting as the primary host and salesperson. • If proficient in English, coordinate with HQ teams in Paris to organize Paris experiences for both department store Gaisho teams and VIC customers. 2. VIC Recruitment through Brand Partnerships: • Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan, organize, and host brand partnership initiatives aimed at recruiting new VIC customers. • Manage customer relationships throughout the entire process, from initial welcome to sales closing. 3. Management of Existing Customers: • Work closely with counter managers and the CRM team to gain a deeper understanding of top VIC customers' lifestyles, preferences, and purchase histories. • Develop and implement personalized approaches to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 4. Event Planning and Execution: • Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for high-value customers, ensuring a memorable and luxurious experience. • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, guest invitations, and on-site management. 5. Sales and Performance Management: • Drive sales through personalized service and relationship management. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer loyalty. |

Job Requirements |
Job Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or a related field • Proven track record of managing high-value customer relationships and driving sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional organizational and event planning abilities. • Proficiency in English (preferred for coordination with HQ teams in Paris). • Passion for the our brand and its products. |
