■Mission Statement ・Define and build a strong PR strategy to elevate brand awareness and brand image for Japan branch (skincare & make up) ・Develop high quality contact with press / KOLs who match with brand image ・Work effectively with other dept (marketing/retail/training) + HQ PR for perfect and smooth executions ■Main Responsibilities ・Plan strong PR strategy and execute it in high quality manner to obtain more awareness + reach ・Plan and execute PR / KOL event(PR event KPI: quality + # of attendees / KOL event KPI: quality of post + # of reach + # of attendees) ・Check result after every execution and reflect the improvement to the strategy immediately ・Develop strong connections with press / KOLs (KPI: DMR rank in print, digital, social (+ quality of KOL post) ・Build strong knowledge of PR trends + competitors’ actions and develop required reporting ・Work closely with local + HQ PR members to maximize synergy ■Reporting Structure Marketing & Communication Manager |

■Job Requirements Education : University graduate Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in either brand PR division or PR agency Strong knowledge of PR / KOL is a must Cosmetics/luxury industry background preferred Language: Fluent Japanese and business level English communication skills Required Competencies: Team management Analysis and reporting capability Action oriented Proactive Strong interpersonal skills Creativity High communication skills Result driven Positive mindset Teamwork spirit High objective setting Fashion sensitivity |
