Job Description We seek an Finance & Admin Supervisor based in our small sales office in Yokohama to support the business's financial, administrative, and HR needs. Your strong financial expertise, organizational skills, and understanding of HR processes will be crucial in guiding the team to design strategies that address company needs effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales Team to provide financial expertise during budgeting and financial planning phases, ensuring accurate and tailored financial proposals are delivered.
Oversee financial analysis, reporting, and administrative procedures
Review and approve detailed financial statements, budget proposals, and administrative guidelines.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR administrative roles such as payroll and leave management, ensuring the smooth running of operations and resolving challenges effectively.
Sales Support: Provide essential support to the sales team, assisting in the coordination of sales activities, documentation and invoicing.
Import and Shipping Administration: Oversee and manage import and shipping processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and timeliness in logistics.
Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration
Experience in Accounting
Familiar with IFRS

Welcome:
Proficient in financial software such as SAP.
Experience in HR administrative roles including payroll and leave management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey financial information effectively.
Fluent in English to facilitate discussions with our regional offices.
Proficiency in Japanese is required for daily communications with colleagues in the local office.
Highly organized, independent, and systematic in your approach to work, with a commitment to delivering quality results.
