【Main Task】 - Identify suitable cars based on clients' needs. - Obtain cars from auctions, dealerships, and private - sellers in Japan. - Inspect vehicles for mechanical condition to provide them safely to clients. - Handle all necessary paperwork to export cars, which includes export licenses, customs documentation, and shipping arrangements. - Work with shipping companies to make sure the safe transport of products to the clients' destinations. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, informing them of any updates on availability, pricing and shipping progress. - Follow trends in the Japanese automotive market so that one can provide proper advice to clients. - Monitor changes in regulations regarding vehicle export and international trades. |

【Qualifications】 - Decent understanding of cars, such as various makes, models, and their market value. - Strong negotiation skills to set the best price for clients and deals with vendors. - Sales or procurement skills, ideally in the automotive industry. - Knowledge of Japanese vehicle export regulations, customs processes as well as international trade laws. - Familiarity with vehicle import regulations in target countries. - Ability to use diagnostic tools and perform vehicle inspections. - Experience in using car auction software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel, Word) - Ability to handle paperwork and shipping documentation. |
