By performing work accurately, quickly, and appropriately, support the company's smooth sales activities and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.

Specific job duties
Orders
 Accurately enter orders from customers into the company system (SAP) (Fax, Web, InfoMart, telephone orders, etc.)
 Create slips in each system (FB slips, dedicated slips, I porter, InfoMart, etc.)
 Create slips by the appointed time and hand them over to the driver (delivery)/attach them to the package (shipping)
 Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders
 Update the latest information on new products and out-of-stock items
 When receiving an order for a made-to-order product (PCB Company), place an order through Microsoft Access
Sales support
 Receive orders from customers who call the main phone number
 Arrange for samples and catalogs to be sent when the sales person is not there
 Transfer calls to the sales person in charge as necessary/take messages when the sales person is not there
Invoice issuance
 Correctly issue invoices in the manner specified by the customer and send them by the deadline requested by the customer
 Respond to inquiries regarding the contents of invoices
 Reissue or correct invoices as necessary
 Investigate the details of discrepancies between invoices and actual receipts
General/Other
 Answer and transfer main phone calls
 Order, receive, and store equipment used within the team
 File and store invoices
 Respond when customers come to the company to pick up products
 Perform tasks related to the above as instructed by the company or superiors
