We are looking for someone who can help expand the introduction of FACTOR, a digital tool that helps improve the efficiency of work at various sites across the country. Job Description - Hearing and summarizing the requests of field employees when supporting the introduction of the tool - Considering, creating and disseminating manuals for each site - Organizing data and creating training materials to support the introduction of FACTOR, and creating reports using FACTOR data - Various adjustments, negotiations and collaboration with the field to ensure the smooth introduction of the tool to each site |
