[Work content of the in-house network and server renewal project] - Progress management: WBS creation, issue management, weekly reports, etc. - Vendor support: Negotiations, adjustments, facilitation of regular meetings - Coordination with related departments: Collaboration with the information systems department and on-site departments - Documentation creation: Proposals, minutes, reports, etc. - Technical support: Advice on network configuration, AD migration, virtualization, etc. |
