Job Description We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with deep experience in L2/L3 and campus wireless networks and a strong understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) principles.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a high-performance wireless network that supports the connectivity needs of the organization.

◇Deploy wireless networks while ensuring optimal coverage, capacity, and performance
◇Perform RF site surveys, spectrum analysis, and RF planning to optimize wireless network performance
◇Configure and manage routing to ensure efficient traffic flow in Wi-Fi networks
◇Monitor and troubleshoot wireless network issues
◇Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
◇Work closely with engineers, partners, personnel, and vendors to ensure smooth deployment, seamless integration, and operation of wireless networks

◇In-depth knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks
◇In-depth understanding of wireless security protocols and best practices
◇Experience using wireless controllers and access points
◇In-depth knowledge of various external antennas and their characteristics
◇Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
◇Effective communication and teamwork skills
◇Japanese: Business level or above (N2 or above)
◇English: Business level or above

◇Relevant Cisco network certification such as CCNA or CCNP
