Job Description Lead brand growth by developing consumer-rooted strategies and impactful activations. Collaborate across local and regional teams to bring innovation to life in the pet care market.


Description

* Lead strategy development for specific areas of the brand portfolio
* Manage product innovation, brand activations, and sales support projects
* Collaborate with regional and local teams on go-to-market plans
* Provide input into communication strategy and local adaptation
* Share learnings and best practices across global and regional brand communities
* Identify and propose ways to work more efficiently across functions
* Support team engagement and help coach peers
* Participate in brand development projects within the natural pet care category


Profile

* Marketing experience in FMCG or equivalent field with a strong track record
* Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
* Strategic and analytical mindset with strong communication skills
* Fluency in Japanese and strong business-level English
* Ability to lead projects independently while contributing to team engagement
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed
