Seeking a motivated and innovative Marketing Manager for a permanent position within the property industry located in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will drive marketing strategies and campaigns, demonstrate leadership, and have a passion for the property industry. Description * Propose and drive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms. * Plan and execute PR activities. * Manage budgets, schedules, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Oversee the production of advertisements and promotional materials. Profile * At least 5 years experience in a marketing position. * Highly motivated and proactive, with strong ownership of projects. * Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Fluent in Japanese and business proficiency in English.
