| Job Description |
* Supervise various client service teams ensuring meeting of all client deliverables * Review fund governing documents, offering documents, subscription documents, side letters, and investment management agreements, to ensure proper application of fund terms * Review work paper files for accuracy, which includes capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc. * Maintain robust review procedures around deliverables Description * Manage fund relationships, including supervision of various client service teams ensuring meeting of all client deliverables * Review fund governing documents, offering documents, subscription documents, side letters, and investment management agreements, to ensure proper application of fund terms * Review work paper files for accuracy, which includes capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc. * Maintain robust review procedures around deliverables Profile * 2+ years' fund accounting experience * English: everyday usage.
