Job Description This position is responsible for financial planning and management accounting, supporting the company's financial strategy. You will lead budget planning, budget control, and funds management while collaborating with management and each business division.

Lead budget planning and budget control processes
Collection and analysis of financial data for each business division
Formulation and reporting of management accounting indicators

Formulation and execution of finance and cash flow strategies

Requirements		 Qualifications (MUST)

・Experience in budget planning and actual results analysis

- Able to proactively manage and promote the budget process

- Able to determine the analysis axis and perform analysis in budget and actual results management

・Experience in financial strategy planning (either equity or debt)

- Experience at a level where you can create pitch materials, etc.

・Experience in cash flow strategy planning and cash flow management

- Experience at a level where you can create bank documents

・Knowledge of foreign currency transaction risks and fund management

・Work experience using English (including dealing with investors and banks)

Qualifications for application (WANT)

・Experience negotiating with VCs and CVCs

・Experience formulating equity stories

・Experience negotiating with banks

・FP&A experience at startups and companies preparing for IPOs

・Experience in strategy planning in the finance department
