Job Description The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales. The Account Manager should ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.


Description

* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement
* Collaborating with the sales team to achieve quotas
* Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
* Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders


Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

* Proven work experience as an Account Manager in the professional services industry
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
