Job Description This position is for a Procurement Staff in the Technology & Telecoms industry located in Central Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations in the Procurement & Supply Chain department.


職務内容

* Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
* Oversee supply chain and vendor relationships
* Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders
* Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
* Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws and regulations
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on procurement strategies
* Track, report, and improve key performance indicators related to procurement


理想の人材

A successful Procurement Staff should have:

* Relevant education in Business, Supply Chain or related field
* Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role
* Strong communication skills
* Fluent (N1) Japanese & Business level English

*To apply this role candidates must have a valid work permit or work authorization in Japan.

* A competitive salary range of approximately 5,400,000 to 6,300,000 JPY
