* To grow the top line and healthy GP for the company's freight forwarding business * To manage the key account of the company's freight forwarding business Description * Support and supervision of all commercial freight forwarding activities * sales and quotations; freight tender inquiries * Taking care of rate requests handling from agents * key account management of major local customers * Leading in operational and commercial freight forwarding activities Sea & Air / overland transportation/customs clearance/warehousing * Business development/projects freight forwarding * Coordination of activities and communication with overseas business partners/agent Profile * Fluency in both English and Japanese * Commercial Management experiences in the freight forwarding business Job Offer * 1-2M/bonus on top if the year is good * 401K defined contributions, * hybrid work style (2 days at home and flextime) * employee development (going abroad for training) * 65 years old retirement age To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below. They are looking for a Manager to build this freight forwarding business. Initially, you will have 1 salesperson reporting directly to you. You are expected to develop new local customers, and new verticals - automotive, electronics, machinery, etc. While your business is growing, you will be also allowed to hire several more salespeople under your team. |
