Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Planner to manage the procurement and distribution of products within our fast-paced FMCG company. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate and optimize product availability and inventory levels to meet demand forecasts.


Description

* Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Working closely with sales and marketing to forecast demand and establish inventory levels.
* Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to improve supply chain efficiency.
* Monitoring and reporting on key supply chain KPIs.
* Collaborating with other members of the supply chain team to ensure company-wide consistency of procedures and practices.
* Identifying potential issues in the supply chain and developing effective solutions.
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure optimal inventory management.
* Implementing new technologies to improve the efficiency of the supply chain.


Profile

A successful Supply Planner should have:

* A strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in relevant supply chain software.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
