Job Description Lead the profitable growth of the Signal product portfolio in Japan, focusing on market trends, strategic planning, and business development.


Description

* Drive business acquisition with key accounts across AME, EUR, and ASIA regions.
* Conduct product training for sales, marketing, and distribution teams.
* Introduce new products and enhance product visibility in various markets.
* Develop and implement effective product pricing strategies.
* Monitor market trends, conduct analysis, and drive strategic initiatives.
* Liaise market insights with product development teams for VOC integration.


Profile

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
* Strong communication skills and proactive engagement with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and business-level English.
* Experience in principle-based management (PBM) preferred.
