| Job Description |
This role involves planning, executing, and managing consumer events such as product launches, previews, and collaborative events to promote products and generate sales leads. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing event logistics, overseeing vendor collaboration, and ensuring post-event analysis for continuous improvement. Description * Plan, execute, and manage consumer events like product launches and previews. * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to organize successful events. * Coordinate and manage overseas tours for customers and media. * Plan and execute education industry events in partnership with the sales team. * Handle venue selection, event agenda planning, and team organization. * Oversee product trial areas, product introduction slides, and day-of event management. * Conduct post-event reporting, effectiveness measurement, and improvement reviews. * Manage event-related payments and administrative tasks. Profile A successful Event Marketing should have: * Business-level proficiency in Japanese and either English or Chinese. * Minimum 3 years of work experience in Japan with event planning and management experience. * Work visa required for foreign nationals. * Preferred experience in the IT industry and an interest in computers.
