| Job Description |
You will be responsible for one of the four categories (skincare, haircare, bodycare, fragrance) and be involved in general marketing activities, mainly focusing on skincare and haircare. Description * Development of key visuals and copy for promotions, creation of DM and other promotional materials. * Planning, execution, and management of sales promotion plans. * Formulating and executing medium-to-long-term product strategies based on the global headquarters' direction and Japan's marketing intentions. * Analyzing market and sales trends, reviewing the results of various promotions, and conducting effectiveness evaluations. * Collaborating with the global headquarters to develop products and formulate sales plans. Profile * Product marketing experience in skincare and haircare at a brand within a business company in cosmetics or consumer goods. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other PC skills, as well as presentation skills. * Experience in a foreign cosmetics or consumer company. * NATIVE level Japanese and business level English.
