Description

As Japan IT Director, you will lead the country's IT strategy with a focus on:

*

Retail & Office IT Operations - Oversee helpdesk, infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity for seamless business operations.
* Global IT Initiatives - Implement and support enterprise applications, digital workplace solutions, and security frameworks aligned with global IT strategy.
* Digital & Omnichannel Innovation - Drive CRM, client development, data strategies, and omnichannel experiences, enhancing customer engagement and brand performance.


Profile

* Bilingual in Japanese and English
* Min. 3 years of people management experience.
* Min 5 years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and CRM systems.
* Good communication, influencing skills, excellent stakeholder management
* Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to analyze complex business and system problems, propose effective solutions, and understand and apply business vision and direction
