* Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.


Profile

* Experience in Java development.
* Proficiency in frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.
* Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
* Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Business-level English and conversational Japanese preferred.
