The company will be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market on September 27, 2023, making it even more important to strengthen the management headquarters' structure. We are looking for a person who can oversee the accounting department while guiding members as a candidate for department manager! ■Job details: The scope of work will also include compiling consolidated financial statements, including eight overseas subsidiaries, disclosing them, conducting financial analysis, and improving and enhancing the business flow related to other financial reports. We expect you to be active not only in the accounting department, but also in the planning and strategy departments. ■Specifically: ① Compiling all accounting procedures (monthly/quarterly/annual) as a listed company ② Management accounting (budget management, financial analysis) ③ Preparation of disclosure documents ④ Negotiations with auditing firms and tax accountants ⑤ Supervision of internal control in the accounting field ⑥ Improving business flow, promoting efficiency and optimization ⑦ Guidance and training of members ■Assignment: Accounting and Planning Department (work location: Tokyo) 1 manager: male in his 30s, 3 in Tokyo: 1 woman in her 40s, 2 women in their 30s 5 in Aomori: 1 woman in her 60s, 1 man in his 40s, 1 man in his 30s, 2 women in their 20s, total of 9 people |
