Expected role] You will be responsible for the manufacturing and production management of precision steel pipe parts used in automobiles, etc. We expect you to smoothly plan and manage production plans according to order delivery dates, and manage the entire factory. It will be easier to work if you can communicate in Chinese, but we also have staff who understand Japanese, so Chinese language skills are not an issue. [About the company] The company has been globalizing since early on, and has been receiving global orders before other companies. Recently, it has received large orders from Tier 1 manufacturers, as well as orders from China and Europe. In addition, it is expected that orders and production will increase in the next few years. [About the assignment] Training before the assignment will be conducted at one of the company's branches in Okayama, Chubu, or Kanto. The period will depend on your previous experience, but is expected to be about one month to six months. |
