Job Description |
[Job Description/Expected Roles] You will be in charge of designing forging/heading dies for parts processing used in automobiles, etc. You will aim to maximize production efficiency while ensuring product quality by considering the shape and size of the product and the characteristics of the materials used. It will be easier to work if you can communicate in Chinese, but we also have staff who can understand Japanese, so Chinese language skills are not required. [About the Company] The company has been globalizing since early on and has been receiving global orders before other companies. Recently, it has received large orders from Tier 1 manufacturers and orders from China and Europe. In addition, it is expected that orders and production will increase in the next few years. [About the assignment] Training before the assignment will be conducted at one of the company's branches in Okayama, Chubu, or Kanto. The period will depend on your previous experience, but is expected to be about one month to six months. |
