[Overview] The company plans to develop chemicals for power semiconductors for the domestic Chinese market. New hires will be engaged in the following duties. [Job Description] ・ Process design and scale-up support for new product development. ・ Technical support and troubleshooting according to customer needs in the semiconductor industry. *There may be opportunities to travel overseas (to the Chinese headquarters) depending on the situation. [Parent Company Overview] A corporate investment and management platform, established in Chongqing in 1994 with capital of 50 million RMB. It has two holding subsidiaries, one subsidiary, and three bases. It is involved in various industries, including comprehensive treatment of industrial hazardous waste, recycling and new materials from industrial waste, and products related to automobile manufacturers. |

| Job Requirements |
・Experience in research and development of semiconductor-related chemicals (3 years or more preferred). [Preferred requirements] ・Ability to write technical documents and communicate in Japanese and English. *Chinese is not required. ・Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, applied chemistry, materials science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred) ・Experience in developing wet chemicals and chemicals for photolithography. ・Experience in operating quality control systems such as ISO 9001 or 14001. ・Project management experience (customer relations, development schedule management, etc.). |
