After joining the company, you will first learn internal development work, and then you will be mainly in charge of replacement projects. New development, maintenance and system operation of our in-house services such as IR-navi and Premium Courtesy Club New development mainly for the back-end of our in-house system (digitalization of in-house operations) System test design (basic design to detailed design) and implementation for each service You will work with not only the engineering department but also the business department to be involved in services, design, function development, etc. *We will adjust the tasks you are assigned according to your experience and aptitude. It may seem a little difficult to get into because of the high level of expertise, but most of our employees joined us from other industries, so you can catch up on industry terminology after joining the company.
