Position title: Application Senior Specialist Department: IT, Finance & Operations Reporting line: IT Senior Manager ■Job summary: Responsible for IT systems and applications in general to ensure smooth daily operations. Also, as a candidate for the next managerial position, lead or support the team in ad-hoc tasks and strategic projects. [Job Description] ■System operation of major applications ・Global platform ERP: Utilize advanced knowledge to lead optimization and troubleshooting, and operate the system stably ・3PL-related operation support: Promote efficiency in logistics operations ・Data integration support for BI/Report: Support users in data analysis and report creation ■Promote communication with Japan branch IT, Asian branch IT, and French headquarters IT ・Japan internal support: Work with the IT team and users in each department to support the operation of systems other than those mentioned above ・Collaboration with French headquarters IT and APAC IT teams: System operation management including troubleshooting and escalation ・Global system implementation project: Participate as a member and lead project progress management ■Improve user environment and improve in-house IT literacy ・Implement ERP improvement requests: Lead system enhancement based on local user requests and improvements ・Design and execute user training programs ・Document and maintain user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures |
